Welsh Black Butter is an extremely versatile flavour creating a smooth cross over between sweet and savoury.
Butter by name but contains no dairy, its naturally vegan/apple conserve which can be used in the following applications to name a few

Cheese, Ice-cream, Pastries, Porridge, Scones, Pancakes, Crepes, Hot cross buns, Marinade, Breads, Fish, Sausages, Meat pies, Glazes and Pies.
