It's Taster Tuesday at Beacon. Today we're exploring the flavour explosions of Sri Lankan vegan street food. Firey pineapple coconut curry teamed with delicious Bonchi Baduma (green beans with smashed green chillies, and garlic), the side of chickpeas cooked with coconut oil, garlic, onions, mustard seeds and crushed chillies was also the perfect addition!  #foodinspiration #vegan #plantbased #srilankan #streetfood
