Garlic processing has been at the heart of our business for over 31 years. When we first started, we were thrilled to reach one ton of processed garlic per week.
Today, we've grown significantly, averaging over 50 tons per week with two highly efficient processing lines.
We proudly source our garlic from trusted long-term partners in Spain, as we believe Spanish garlic offers the best flavour profile and quality.
Although last season presented challenges with availability and quality, we're excited to see the new season’s garlic now flowing through our production lines.
