We’re delighted to share that Jeff Davies will be stepping into the role of Managing Director at Beacon Foods Ltd from 1st April 2026.

Jeff has been part of the Beacon journey for 19 years, and in that time has become a hugely respected and valued member of the team. His deep understanding of our business, our people and our values makes him the ideal person to lead us into the future.

Working closely with our Management Team and colleagues across the business, Jeff will continue to build on the strong growth and success we’ve achieved in recent years, while keeping our focus firmly on quality, innovation and community.

Our Co-founder and Chairman, Edward Gough will remain actively involved in the business, supporting key decisions and focusing on the next phase of development and expansion.
