Yesterday we visited the Castell Howell Food Service Exhibition, there was a fantastic showcase of products 👏🏻

It was great to see our very own Welsh Black Butter being used by the chef in the food demonstration.

Welsh Black Butter (*although not a butter at all*) is so versatile and can be used on meat as a marinade, jus or gravy, with cold meats and with white fish.

However not only does it work with savoury dishes, it’s perfect with sweet pancakes, ice-cream, scones and hot cross buns too.
