Christmas has come early for us at Beacon!

We’re thrilled to have our new Laska KU330 bowl cutter up and running this week.

It’s already proving to be a star in our high-care department, delivering exceptional results in producing purees and emulsifications. 

The increased blade speed is fantastic for breaking down fibres in naturally fibrous products, and the additional capacity couldn’t have come at a better time of year.
