We can do anything to them (well we don't pickle them) and have a delicious red onion Marmalade that's the bees knees

Shallots (Back)

A true unsung chef's hero. Small medium and jumbo, the smaller the tastier. A true enhancer chopped finely to any salad dressing or sauce and wonderful roasted. Banana ones are mild, Pink French ones are strong and Thai red are serious and no curry paste is good without them.
