Edward Gough
Edward Gough, Managing Director, looks after Sales, Purchasing, Production and Transport.
He doesn’t like the word ‘No’, and hates snakes, bananas and having to eat aubergines if they’re on the daily taste Panel.
He’s very fond of Newquay, West Wales which he goes to all the time. Apparently sometimes he can see the dolphins out of his bedroom window. He also loves walking round supermarkets spotting his products but knows he must get out more.

Rae Jones
Rae Jones, Director, is Edward’s Mum. She looks after Accounts and any boring stuff that Edward won’t do.
She rather likes tucking into very long biographies and loves the Opera but really can’t bear Rice Pudding or the sight of Graffiti.

Linda Lloyd
Linda Lloyd, HR Director looks after all the staff.
She is very fond of the English Rugby Team, Sweet Peas and Wirehaired Dachshunds. Boats have never been a passion as they don’t make her feel well, and she can’t stand lumpy Mash or warm white wine. Who could blame her.

Rob Sweet
Rob Sweet, Sales Manager, looks after Customers and develops new product ideas.
He hates pigs as he was once bitten by one in the slaughter house where he worked and doesn’t like gardening either as he says it grows back. Funny that.
He is obsessed by sea fishing which he never stops going on about and holds the Welsh record for the largest rod caught cod (42lbs) which he caught in the Bristol Channel. He also loves to use his patio heater to singe the down feathers off ducks before he roasts them. We know he is weird but lovely too.

Sarah Davies
Sarah Davies, NPD and Sales Co-ordinator looks after NPD, Customer Samples and Factory Trials. She is our linchpin.
She really doesn’t like people with noisy stomachs, slow drivers or liver and onions. On the other hand she loves the cows she breeds (Limousims and Belgian Blues) and Fresh Mussels and has a bit of a weakness for Rhubarb and Custard sweets which are hidden in her desk drawer but we all know about them.

Nellie Nichols, Food Consultant works closely with us and our customers overseeing our Innovation and New Product Development Programmes.
She lives and breathes food and is totally driven by quality, excellence and attention to detail. This often drives everyone else round the bend.
She hates football, oysters, plastic flowers, and flip-flops. She loves champagne, lavender ice cream, Frank Sinatra and Marrakech. |
